Gluten free Dairy free Valentine's cake Feb. 2011
Sam and I made this cake for the entire family for Valentine's Day. It is gluten and dairy free so Sam could eat it, too. We were all wonderfully surprised when we had a piece. It was moist and very chocolatey (is that a word?!). It was very good and Sam was quite happy with the treat!
