We steamed a lot of yams to make a casserole. It has eggs, brown sugar, cinnamon and butter in it. The topping is the best part. It has brown sugar, cinnamon, butter and pecans it it. It is such a treat.
The turkey is done!
Brian did a great job of carving the turkey. It turned out so juicy and tender. We have a lot left-over because we got a 17 pound turkey. (There was only four of us.)
