We made a trip to Minnesota this last summer. My dad and step-mom moved there from Muscatine this last summer. The drive up turned into quite an adventure. There was many breaks for food, bathroom breaks, bad traffic. We finally made it after 10 hours (it shouldn't have taken this long). Here are some pictures from our quick trip. We were not able to stay very long but we had a nice time while we were there. They have a great house right on a lake. The first day we were there we went to a car show. Brian loved being able to go fishing. He had some luck. We took our kayak so he went fishing in that for a few hours one day we were there. My favorite thing was when Brian and I went out for a long canoe ride, just the two of us.
