Run Run As Fast As You Can December 2011

I made a giant gingerbread man at school. Julia really wanted to make one of her own so we did. We made the dough and chilled it in the fridge. We then made a gingerbread girl for Julia. She had a great time decorating her. She used Mike and Ike's, M&M's and mini-chocolate chips. We put her on parchment paper so she would not stick to the pan.

Julia made a big bow for her gingerbread girl's hair. She used mini-chocolate chips for her hair.

Here is the gingerbread girl. She is all done and ready to go in the oven.

We popped her in the oven.... I hope she doesn't run away.

It was very hard to wait for her to be done. Julia gazed through the window on the oven many times.

Here she is! She got considerably bigger after baking.
