Christmas Eve: We have a lot of traditions each year. The kids will put out cookies each year. Sam and Julia picked out several cookies and filled up the special mug with milk.
Christmas Eve: They also make reindeer food each year, too. They take oatmeal and add a lot of glitter. I think this started in preschool when a teacher gave one of them reindeer food.
Christmas Morning:
Julia got a knitted hat that was very cute. It has two ears on it so it looked like a bear head. It turned out to be her favorite hat all winter.
It was fun to see Brian's mom and dad open their presents.

Christmas Morning: Sam and Julia had small trees outside their doors. They both wanted to find a small present under their little tree. They were surprised in the morning!
