Sam's New Business November 2009

Sam started a new business. He puts up Christmas lights around the neighborhood. He did our entire backyard and front. The neighbor was so impressed that she asked Sam to decorate her backyard. Sam went over to her house and made a list of all the supplies (strands of lights, clips, extension cords). She then went and bought the items needed. After Sam did the whole yard she made this wonderful sign and posted it in her front yard to advertise for Sam. He was quite proud of his work.

This is a picture of the neighbors backyard at night. It is really hard to tell what it looks like. He did their entire fence and then added a criss-cross design across the yard for decoration.

This is a picture of our backyard. Sam did the entire fence. He did the bushes behind the fence. He also did the entire play structure with lights. I am surprised that the whole block didn't have a power outage at different times. We also invested in timers this year so they are only one for a short amount of time.

I hope he wants to continue doing this over the years. You might be able to see our house on Google satellite images in December.
